I came to read and write romance quite recently. Besides the usual (Jane Austen, the Bröntes, Twilight and Fifty Shades, the latter of which I mostly [mostly, lol] read with my tongue firmly in my cheek), I did not read romance until 2019, when I discovered the immensely talented KJ Charles, which opened up the wonderful world of romance to me.
